A few words about me
I have over 10 years chalk-face experience and ongoing professional development in education, and I care passionately about creating vibrant, engaging learning opportunities to meet real-world outcomes for learners.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Sydney, a Diploma in Language Teaching to Adults issued by the University of Cambridge, and a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics, specialising in Program Management.
I've taught both adults and children, given professional workshops, designed curricula and learning programs, and trained hundreds of teachers.
How can I help you?
I understand what good, effective education looks like and how to deliver it. Simple as that. It's one thing to know your subject matter; another entirely to teach it in such a way that your learners grasp it, remember it, and can apply it!
There's often a monumental gap between what is taught and what is learnt. How do you know if you've hit the mark? How do you know if your learners really can do what they need to be able to do? Why should the question "Do you understand?" never be part of an educator's vocabulary?
